Rain Policy:

Should your event get rained out prior to our arrival, Area 51 Rentals will not charge you anything. If your event is rained out part way through and we have shown up and set up, Area 51 Rentals will charge you a pro-rated portion of the full cost depending on how long we were there. Should it rain prior to us showing up and you have paid a deposit it will be refunded. Many companies will charge you half or even full price whether they show up or not.

Attendant Policy:

Area 51 Rentals supplies attendants for no extra charge (for everything except concessions and games) as they are included in our already low prices. Many companies charge for attendants and can charge as much it costs just to rent the unit which doubles the price.

Info 2 Go:

The essentials are, you must have a relatively flat area and save your date with a 50% deposit. Private parties, school events and county parks need no permits. If open to the general public a permit is necessary......call us for details. We can walk you through this, or even do it for you.
